As Director Growth you will play a key role in driving sales building client relationships and representing Pulses strategic capabilities across your market. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.

Tasks

You lead client acquisition efforts by delivering impactful pitches and presentations tailored to brand needs
You drive business growth by meeting targets and expanding our client portfolio
You act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership offering market insights and business recommendations
You collaborate with global and crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
You monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

You possess 5 years of agency experience winning clients and driving growth for them
You have proven ability to develop compelling client pitches and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver results
You boast excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences and deliver complex messages clearly
You maintain a keen eye for industry trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve
You understand the nuances of your local market stay ahead of industry trends and are based in Berlin Hamburg Amsterdam Shanghai Riyadh New York or Los Angeles
