ملخص الوظيفة

Assesses complex data systems and programs in support of adhoc and standing management or customer requests. To advise leadership on courses of action that can improve healthcare delivery as well as provide data and information that will allow decision making by management.

Key Responsibilities:

Creates programs methodologies and files for analysis and presenting data.
Examines data quality applications and functions.
Produces output and sustains operation.
Research new data sources and analytical tools.
Contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization department and/or customer.
Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools.
Uses timely and appropriate participation of users/customers in data collection and query systems.
Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events.
Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Minimum of two 2 years experience in a data analysis role preferably in a medical setting.
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Technical expertiseregardingdata models database design development data mining and segmentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc. databases (SQL etc. programming (XML JavaScript or ETL frameworks).
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysis datasets (Excel SPSS SAS etc..
Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to collect organize analysis and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

Experience Preferred:

Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred.

Education Required:

Bachelors of Mathematics Business Statistics or Computer Science or 5 years experience in data analysis.
Obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Requirements:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
May require bending stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

Other Special Qualifications:

Must be able to read write and speak English to effectively communicate.
This position is unaccompanied.
Ability to obtain a base security clearance is required.
Must be able to relocate to Qatar for the duration of the contract.
A valid passport in Country of Record is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Qatar.

Additional Information :

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
