Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst looking for your next challenge We are hiring for a reputable IT service provider in Qatar. If you have strong expertise in application support and are passionate about working in a dynamic environment this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily application support in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft and Oraclebased applications.
Extract and generate adhoc reports from applications and databases.
Manage access controls data extraction integration maintenance and process controls.
Conduct weekly/monthly assessments to monitor application usage and optimization.
Implement business requests and operational improvements.
Support DEV/TEST/PROD environments for ERP APIs Cloud web and mobile platforms.
Conduct annual training awareness sessions and update technical documentation.
Collaborate with business teams to refine and update operational requirements.
Perform adhoc tasks and analysis for the support team.
Contribute to writing SQL PL/SQL Java code to assist Level 1 support teams.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents to meet SLAs.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
10 12 years of progressive experience in application support/IT operations.
Experience in applicationlevel support (L1 & L2 interface development and data extraction.
Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL .
Certifications in Oracle and Microsoft (mandatory).
ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
Azure fundamentals or Cloud certification (advantageous).
