ملخص الوظيفة
We are hiring a Junior IT for one of our clients in Doha.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and good experience may apply.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
- IT support for workstation setup software installation provision of network access and connectivity
- Configure user accounts permissions access rights and storage allocation
- Configure computers with operating system and required application software
- Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems related to server and storage devices
- Troubleshoot network desktops laptops and server problems
- Provide Help Desk assistance to end users
- Monitor software hardware security and connectivity issues of the team
- Should have knowledge of Windows servers computer systems printer and server based systems
- Able to operate and provide end user support for Microsoft Outlook Excel etc.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID.
