Educated Households is a highertier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in the Middle East and worldwide:.

Our very prominent Clients based out in Doha Qatar are in need of a Governess/Personal Assistant/Butler to orchestrate the daily life of their 10yearold daughter and to stand as an inspirational Chaperone to the little girl. The Candidate sought will also need to support the mother and the child as a PA & Butler.

This VVIP family has a stunning residence situated nearby the beach in Doha and will provide the Governess/PA/Butler with a bedroom with ensuite within the main residence on a separate floor with use of the familys swimming pool.

The Governess/PA/Butler sought should be endowed with emotional intelligence to deal with all the facets of the life of the little girl when it comes to the childs daily & social life as well as in regards to all the pedagogical matters surrounding academia.

The ultimate Governess/PA/Butler will exude naturalborn authority whilst not being domineering in order to instil confidence in the child. With this in mind the Governess/PA/Butler will resort to their soft skills diplomacy and flair to seamlessly get the child engaged entertained and content.

This pivotal role encompasses working collaboratively as this is a fully staffed household: a House Manager and a Babysitter are already in place. The livein Governess/PA/Butler will also work in sync with the parents and with any other private staff handpicked by the family.

This is a 6dayaweek role. Yet down time (most probably on 3 days over the 6day weekly schedule) will be granted to offset this schedule.

Whilst travelling (not in residence) the Governess will be expected to share a room with the little girl.

Speaking one Eastern European language will be greatly advantageous to your application.

Adhering to confidentiality is nonnegotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.

The role is to start ASAP.

Requirements

The duties shall include but not limited to:

Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals.
Experience reporting to highpowered Principals & Family Offices.
Acting as a Personal Assistant to the mother.
Acting as the mother & childs Butler.
Organizing the mother & childs wardrobes.
Keeping on top of the childs daily schedule and social affairs.
Supporting the childs daily life and implementing structure.
Supporting any adhoc tasks.
Ensuring that homework is fully completed.
Serving as a point of contact liaising with teachers and instructors.

Skilled Required

A minimum of 5 years experience in this role.
Fluent in English.
One Eastern European language would be a massive advantage.
An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
Fun to be around.
A positive & helpful outlook.
Diplomatic skills.
Excellent communicator.
Approachable & supportive.
Not being fazed by lastminute arrangements.
Acting graciously under pressure.
Bachelors Degree.

Salary: 8000 QR/monthly with some wiggle room for negotiation.
