Key Responsibilities

- Analyse realtime data and identify drilling issues
- Provide expert advice on well engineering and risk mitigation
- Develop reports and recommendations to improve performance
- Lead workshops and mentor junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Strong drilling and well engineering experience
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving drilling dysfunctions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
