Job Title: Maintenance & Service (M&S) Coordinator – PAGA Systems
Educational Qualification:
-
BE / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics Instrumentation or related field)

Professional certifications are an advantage
Experience:
-
Experience in PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) Systems
-
Strong background in maintenance and service operations
-
Proven ability in client coordination for SLA compliance and reporting
-
Experience in leading service teams and managing field operations
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and service activities for PAGA systems
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and SLA matters
-
Prepare and maintain SLA reports service records and performance documentation
-
Manage scheduling and deployment of service teams
-
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
-
Support the continuous improvement of maintenance and service processes
