Handson experience in maintenance of chiller plant HVAC systems (Not construction) Elevators and Escalators.
Manage and ensure by shift rounds to inspect Air Compressors Chillers Compressors Water Pumps Extrusion Equipment; Air Water and Electrical Systems and other OperationCritical Equipment to ensure functionality to required operational standards.
Minimize the problems with equipment leaks and other deficiencies and act as needed.
Ensure maintains and repairs related to elevators and escalators which is included door mechanisms cables hydraulic buffers pumps brakes rails guides and related equipments.
Bachelors degree in electromechanical or mechanical engineering
710 years of Handson experience electromechanical maintenance
Understanding of BMS and computerbased maintenance system.
Requirements
