About the Role

As Manager Strategy and Business Planning you will:

• Drive the development monitoring and refinement of the companys mid and longterm strategic direction.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of annual business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Business Development Operations and Support Services to refine value propositions for tenants.
• Analyze market trends regulatory landscapes and industry dynamics to enhance the facilitys attractiveness and competitiveness.
• Manage performance monitoring systems to track progress in achieving strategic goals.
• Lead financial analyses scenario planning and risk assessments to ensure resilience and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategies to sustain competitive advantage in the media sector.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decisionmaking.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops with senior leadership.
• Communicate MCQs strategy effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for incorporating digital tools into strategic planning processes.

What Were Looking For

• Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
• Experience: At least 8 years in corporate strategy or business planning with 5 years in the media sector (e.g. TV studio production broadcast facilities). Prior leadership experience is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities strategic problemsolving skills team management experience and excellent communication abilities.
• Competencies: Proactive mindset adaptability under pressure cultural awareness of the MENA region and integrity.
