Description

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our clients team a prestigious Luxury 5Star this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the hotels presence in the luxury market. You will lead a passionate sales team establish and maintain relationships with highprofile clients and actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the hotels continued success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents corporate clients and event planners.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts reports and budgets for senior management presentations.

Requirements

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field in a Sales Manager position.
Previous/current Experience with 5star Hotels for Rooms Sales & Venues.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Open to relocation to Saudi Arabia
