We are hiring a Manager IT for one of our esteemed clients in Kuwait within the Oil & Gas sector. This role is responsible for developing IT strategies overseeing infrastructure driving digital transformation and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT governance ERP implementation and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organizations longterm objectives.
Oversee IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloud systems ensuring optimal performance and security.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with international security standards.
Drive digital transformation and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and crossfunctional IT projects.
Implement and oversee ERP solutions integrating operational dashboards and performance measurement systems.
Ensure IT governance performance management and measurement frameworks are in place to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred).
1015 years of IT management experience with proven leadership skills.
Strong expertise in:

ERP implementation and integration.
Digital transformation and automation.
Operational dashboards and performance measurement.
Cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance.
IT infrastructure management and cloud systems.
