Aluminum Fabricators

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting shaping and assembling aluminium materials into various products and components for manufacturing purposes. The Aluminium Fabricator will work with a variety of tools and machinery ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and in accordance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret drawings and blueprints

Measure and mark out cutting lines on materials

Cut shape and join sections of aluminium using various tools and machines

Assemble and install fabricated aluminium products such as windows doors frames and curtain walls

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety and industry standards

Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in aluminium fabrication

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specifications

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Ensure all aluminium components are fabricated to meet quality standards and client specifications.

Perform measurements and checks using precision instruments such as callipers micrometres and gauges.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in welding machining or fabrication is a plus.

3 years of experience in relevant field.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Strong knowledge of aluminium materials welding techniques and fabrication processes.
