Qualification:

Diploma in Information Systems Computer Fields UniversityDegree GIS urban planning or equivalent is required.

Required Experience:

At least10 years working experience with ArcGIS stack of software.

Previous experiencein Land Records and Cadastral Mapping is required.

Participatedin the development of a webbased mapping application for Kuwait Municipality and involved in theadministration and operation of the web

application ArcGIS Server.

ArcGISfor Server Site Configuration and Administration.

DeployingPortal for ArcGIS.

CadastralMapping.

Deployingand Maintaining a Multiuser Geodatabase.

ManagingImagery Using ArcGIS.

DataQA/QC.

Data Update and Maintenance procedures.

Loadingdata in CAD Data Clearing and creating Cadastral Mapping.

Esricertified in any of the available Esrl certifications.

Deepunderstanding of ArcGIS Pro software tools.

Fluent inusing ArcGIS for data manipulation and data conversion.

Experiencewith administration and management of Enterprise Geodatabase and ArcGISEnterprise.

Goodknowledge of Map Cartography (reading Arabic maps is a must).

Knowledgeof geospatial and mapping concepts such as spatial analysis map projectionsetc.

Experiencewith current technology implementation patterns including serviceoriented andcloud.

Strongpersuasive communication skills.

Abilityto clearly communicate technical ideas whether to other technical peers ornontechnical project managers of customers.

Technical Duties & Responsibilities:

Spatial Data Maintenance review and analysis of spatial geodatasets and work closely with the GIS Consultant and KM management staff.

Preparingwork schedules.

MaintainGIS data and reporting problems and work progress.

PerformingGIS Database management and data conversion tasks.

Analyze spatial and nonspatial information using Aisoftware.

Performing Mapping and Reporting tasks with high proficiency Build and maintain GeoDataBases databases.

Perform mapping review quality assurance quality controlchecks reading Arabic maps is a must)

Preparemetadata and other information

Supportlocal staff in improving their skills and expertise

Prepareand present highquality business and technicallyrelated documentation.

Communicatebest practices for building and maintaining enterprise geodatabases.

Push theboundaries of current mapping technology for some of the largest organizationsin the world.

Workclosely with customers and partners to identify design and certify key GISworkflows for the ArcGIS platform

Provideplatform configuration guidance and best practices to customers.

Understandhow Esris technology integrates/interfaces with customers solutions vision.

CommunicateArcGIS technologies to technical and nontechnical customers.

Be ableto understand create and explain new data products created by spatialanalysis

Proactivelycraft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value toaddress critical business challenges faced by customers

Presentcomplex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverserange of customer organizations.

Prepareand Conduct technical presentations
