Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Principal Engineer specializing in DiAmmonium Phosphate (DAP) production processes with a focus on material handling to join our team. The Principal Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing material handling systems ensuring efficient production processes and driving innovation in DAP manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering particularly in material handling within the fertilizer industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead engineering projects focused on material handling systems within DAP production facilities from design to implementation and optimization.
2. Develop strategies to enhance material flow efficiency reduce bottlenecks and improve overall productivity in material handling operations.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate material handling systems seamlessly with DAP production processes.
4. Conduct assessments of existing material handling equipment identify areas for improvement and implement upgrades for enhanced performance.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance on material handling best practices standards and technologies.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material handling processes and enhance operational efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and environmental requirements in all material handling activities.
8. Mentor and support engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation learning and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical or related field); Masters degree preferred.
Candidate should haveExperiencein DAP (Diammonia Plant).
Experience in the same position not less than 5 years.
Work Location :Turaif or Ras Alkhair KSA
