Main Responsibilities:

Responsibleforall finishingactivitiessuchasbut not limitedtoblockwork& plastering false ceiling gypsum walls andpainting tilingandmarble works parquet flooring andlandscaping.

Preparing weeklyanddaily target schedulesforall typesofactivities.

To checkthequalityofallthematerials receivedonsiteandprepare quality reports defects if any.

Review requirementsofthe specificationandrelevant standardsandensure understandingandcomplianceofwork donewiththe specified requirementsofthe specificationanddrawings.

Carry outthespecified inspection/testinaccordancewithrelevant inspection/test plans includingtheworksofthe subcontractors.

Overall supervisionandcoordinationofGeneral Foreman areasofresponsibilitiesandthe allocationofwork areas.

Followuptoensure executionofworkiscarried outinaccordancewithapproved method statements.

FollowupwithGeneral Foreman efficient usageofmaterialstominimize wastageandsupervise materials storage area.

Requirements

A leading Contracting & Engineering Company in Jordan Amman looking to hirea

Finishing Engineer

to overlook finishing construction work and make sure it is delivered with quality within the project timeline and budget Coordinate projectrelated issues with concerned departments and facilitate the process monitor and track the progress of projects against the agreed Baseline schedule. as well as Provide regular reports to management on project progress.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Experience: 10to15 years in highend finishing projects

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Architect.

Comprehensive experienceinstructuralandfinishing works.

experienceinsupervision coordinationwithactivity sequencing andhanding overofworks.

Strong Finishing background.

Knowledgeofreading drawingsandschematics.

Good interpersonalskill&ateam player.

Excellent Communication Skills
