BayanTech a leading translation and localization company is looking for Junior Business Developers to join our growing sales team. This is your chance to work in a dynamic global industry connect with international clients and develop your sales skills in a professional and rewarding environment.

Your Role: What Youll Be Doing

Prospect and target new clients/opportunities in global markets.
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned revenue targets.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Communicate with potential clients via phone calls emails and other channels.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote BayanTechs services by addressing and predicting client objectives.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.
Provide quotes for customers and follow up to convert them into projects.
Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of sales revenue invoices and client interactions.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree required.
03 years of experience in full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
CRM experience is a plus.
Knowledge of sales productivity tools/software is preferred.
High attention to detail and ability to make datadriven decisions.
Ability to work across various industries and adapt to different company cultures.
Strong ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
