Description

The ICMD focuses on supporting the Egyptian economy and constantly strives to contribute directly to companies operating in vital economic sectors serving as the largest and one of the most active private equity investors across Egypt. The Division utilizes several tools including mergers and acquisitions bond issuance (both corporate and securitized) private placement initial public offerings (IPOs) divestments and restructuring to optimize its portfolio. ICMD plays an active role in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) with a clear focus on initiation and structuring pricing underwriting and fundraising.

Requirements

Undergraduate program

8week internship program (Starts June)

Exceptional students may be extended a job offer upon completion of the internship and obtaining their undergraduate degree
