Zoho Product Owner

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs and define the product vision and goals for Zoho solutions.
  
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories epics and product backlogs.
  
• Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value customer needs and market trends.
  
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of highquality Zoho solutions.
  
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities gather feedback and drive product enhancements.
  
• Define and communicate the product roadmap release plans and sprint goals to crossfunctional teams.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho productrelated inquiries clarifications and escalations.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Conduct regular product demos and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and the competitive landscape related to Zoho solutions.
  
• Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite including Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects etc.
  
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
  
• Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
  
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Zoho certifications such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant are desirable.
  
• Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
