Implement creative approaches to attract toptier talent in the competitive software industry.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Develop and maintain a strong focus on employee performance management.
Foster a culture of innovation and engagement through various initiatives.
Organize teambuilding activities to enhance collaboration and job satisfaction.
Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Stay updated on industry standards to ensure our offerings remain cuttingedge.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
Ensure policies align with industry best practices and support organizational objectives.
Utilize data analysis to provide insights into HR metrics including time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Implement datadriven strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment and labor laws in the software industry.
Stay informed about industryspecific regulations and adapt policies accordingly.
Set and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on job descriptions.
Coordinate and organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Maintain a strong focus on employee performance management employee engagement and retention activities.

Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Emphasize familiarity with HR software/tools relevant to the software industry.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problemsolving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
