ملخص الوظيفة

Project Management:

Lead ERP implementation projects including requirements gathering system configuration testing and deployment.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project timelines deliverables and resource requirements.

Monitor project progress identify risks and take corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
Implement inventory control measures including cycle counting stock adjustments and reconciliation.
Collaborate with Customers to optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance.
Generate regular reports on system utilization inventory accuracy order fulfillment metrics and other relevant data.
Analyze data to identify trends issues and areas for improvement and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.

Operation Finance support.

Responsible for communicating the cash collection plan between customers and the finance team.
Generate the monthly breakdown for each customer and communicate the date with the finance team.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration

2. Experience:

35 years of experience in ERP system administration including implementation configuration and maintenance.
