ملخص الوظيفة
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring excellent customer service. They maintain a clean and organized bar follow responsible alcohol service regulations and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation.
Guest Interaction & Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
- Take orders accurately and suggest drinks based on customer preferences.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Bar Maintenance & Inventory
- Keep the bar area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of liquor mixers and bar essentials.
- Follow health and safety regulations in handling food and drinks.
Cash Handling & Transactions
- Process payments using POS systems.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and issue receipts.
- Follow company policies regarding cash and credit transactions.
Compliance & Safety
- Check IDs and follow legal drinking age policies.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Follow hygiene sanitation and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
