Job Title: Inside Sales Lead
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Lead to join their dynamic Sales team. This role involves managing the sales funnel driving revenue growth and leading a highperforming inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in outbound sales lead qualification and closing deals over the phone. Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth and surpass sales targets.

Own and optimize the entire sales funnel ensuring efficient lead qualification and high conversion rates.

Lead highvolume outbound sales efforts and oversee effective discovery and closing calls.

Use persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques to close deals over the phone.

Leverage HubSpot CRM for pipeline management lead tracking and sales performance reporting.

Continuously monitor and analyze key sales metrics providing actionable insights and performance forecasts.

Implement best practices for outreach followups and deal closing to maximize sales efficiency.

Provide ongoing coaching training and mentorship to the inside sales team to cultivate a highperformance culture.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Skills:

Strong experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.

Expertise in outbound calling lead qualification and consultative selling.

Excellent verbal and written communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
