Key responsibilities for this role include:

Machine operations and cleaning.
Line clearance
Machine Change over
Good documentation Practice
Follow GMP & Safety guidance
Responsible for Yield & lead time adherence.
Receive Materials from WH
Coordinate with engineering to keep machine parts in optimum state
Report Any deviation once happened to his manager
Follow instructions & tasks assigned from his manager
Ensure data integrity according to ALCOA principles
Initiate Building maintenance and Equipment work order
Back up Technician I in his absence
Support in mechanical repairs with engineering technician

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Technical or industrial schools graduate
Good technical and manual skills.
Basic English Language
Basic knowledge of problemsolving tools.
Quality Oriented; being in direct contact of product.
Good knowledge of working in GMP environment.
