Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits networking and cold calls.

  • Conduct inperson meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services and understand their needs.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of service in line with company guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports forecasts and market feedback to the sales manager.

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.



Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales preferably in an outdoor or fieldbased role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
