Vision Source is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join our team in Cairo Egypt. This is a fulltime position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic and growing organisation. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly management accounts including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
* Analyse financial performance and identify key trends and variances.
* Prepare budgets and forecasts working closely with other departments.
* Provide financial support and guidance to operational managers.
* Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Perform adhoc analysis and reporting as required.

* Ensure accuracy timeliness and integrity of all financial reporting
* Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement
* Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and dashboards

* Support the budgeting forecasting and longterm planning processes

* Monitor & Closing staff collections by comparing invoices .

Qualifications:

* Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA).
* Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
