- Support inthe creation of marketing content including newsletters social media campaignsconcepts and website blogs.
- Coordinatewith the digital agency in efficiently implementing the yearly digital strategy.
- Track agencyperformance by setting clear expectations defining key performance indicators(KPIs) and monitoring progress on deliverables.
- Manage themoderation team to ensure an efficient response to all inquiries across allplatforms.
- Providefeedback and insights to the digital agency on campaign performance and suggestadjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Assist inthe endtoend of marketing campaigns including digital print andeventbased initiatives.
- Collaboratewith the company stakeholders to publish the monthly and weekly internalannouncements.
- Work asidewith the graphic designer to ensure the right implementation of the companys guidelinesand generate the best possible artwork according to the shared brief.
- Analyzecustomer feedback surveys and engagement data to help optimize marketingstrategies.
- Provide thefinance team with necessary documentation such as receipts contracts andpurchase orders for accurate billing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the marketing field is required.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SEO social media marketing and content marketing is a plus.
- Experience in offline production (BTL).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
