- Oversee and coordinate projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Take ownership in driving process alignment across teams creating workarounds and solutions to further improve companywide operational SOPs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities using insights to run targeted projects.
- Maintain continuous alignment with logistics heads for the implementation and evaluation of process changes and automation topics.
- Serve as the POC for training quality and local logistics when it comes to technical knowledge ensuring all stakeholders are informed and equipped.
- Conduct project research to analyze and identify the scope objectives and requirements of new projects.
- Prepare and update project documents ensuring all information is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project and alignment.
- Track and report on project progress monitoring and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure project quality compliance and alignment with company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create detailed project proposals plans schedules budgets reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel balancing priorities and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree from a reputed university.
- 3 experience in project management within the FMCG tech or strong MNC.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
