They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (Traditional Trade) to be based in Bahrain.Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage Traditional Trade channel and lead his team in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of gross and net volumes market share and people development targets.
- Train and coach sales team to enable them to deliver and execute AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets.
- Achieve and exceed sales fundamentals and volume targets by implementing company plans and recommending tests/programs for business improvement in Traditional Trade.
- Update database to measure TT channel performance against key business objectives. Use this data to analyze the business and develop future action plan.
- Work on volume forecasting for TT channel.
- Execute the sales annual operating plan which will meet company AOP and business planning requirements.
- Ensure collection as per company credit policy.
- Organize control and motivate team to achieve sales target.
- Select train and develop the follow up sales personnel.
- Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure the image of company is maintained & enhanced and as an aid to achieve sales targets.
- Expanding distribution within TT as per AOP business plan.
- Ensure proper for all new product initiatives and merchandizing standards.
- Key Field Sales KPIs to include: reaching distribution target (depth and breadth).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership capability by building a winning mindset and strong capability across Field Sales Force by: coaching and develop TT supervisors to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure proper rollout and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools.
- Report competitive activities to the GM Sales & Marketing as and when it happens.
- Report infrastructure requirements within the channel as per market needs to the GM Sales & Marketing.
- Manage consistent operational growth of routes and accounts through given KPIs.
- Perform periodical market visits to ensure proper sales and .
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure smooth and prompt delivery to all customers.
- Manage & maintain outstanding through proper collection operations as per company credit policy.
- Provide coaching feedback and onetoone sessions to direct subordinates.
Qualification & Requirements:- 46 years of sales field experience in FMCG as a managerial level.
- Very Good English and basic Arabic and Hindi language skills.
- Strong computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook crucial).
- Result Driven (result based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frame).
- Customer Focus (Service to sales concept).
- Thinking Skills (Trend data events analysis to draw sound conclusions).
- Leading and Motivating Others (Creating enthusiasm inspire positive attitude desire to succeed).
- Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others skills cooperate effectively diplomatic conflict handler).
