We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Revenue & Reservation Manager to join our team in Muharraq Bahrain. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for optimizing revenue and maximizing profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns to make datadriven decisions
- Forecast revenue and occupancy levels across various market segments
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives
- Identify new revenue opportunities and propose innovative solutions
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Manage and optimize distribution channels to maximize revenue
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles and techniques
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field
- 35 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis software
- Indepth knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
- Excellent forecasting and budgeting abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Customerfocused mindset with a goaloriented attitude
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Revenue Management certification is a plus
- Understanding of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative strategies
