They are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to be based in Bahrain.Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for cement or steel manufacturing products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and visits to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cement or steel manufacturing offerings addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide technical input and support in the development of customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales proposals quotations and contracts in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the installation commissioning and maintenance of our cement or steel manufacturing products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records customer profiles and sales forecasts using the companys CRM system.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in cement or steel manufacturing technologies industry standards and regulatory requirements to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
Qualification & Requirements:- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering preferably in the cement or steel or mining manufacturing industry.
- Indepth technical knowledge and understanding of cement or steel manufacturing processes equipment and technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a technical sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Valid drivers license and passport.
- 75 of the job will involve traveling around the region
