AI-Driven Learning Strategy & Execution
- Partner with business leaders HRBPs and professional clan leads to understand learning needs capability gaps and future skillsespecially those emerging from AI transformation.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies into learning strategies programs platforms and tools to enhance personalization scale and development impact.
- Design innovative learning experiences including AI-powered learning paths adaptive content simulations performance-support tools and blended solutions.
- Build comprehensive upskilling and reskilling plans tailored to organizational needs and professional communities of expertise.
- Conduct workshops and trainings to strengthen AI literacy and promote responsible effective usage across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-community teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI-driven learning solutions.
Organizational Development & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with leaders of professional clans to map capability frameworks understand evolving domain-specific skills and co-design aligned development strategies.
- Analyze learning journeys professional pathways and organizational processes to identify opportunities and convert them into scalable data-driven solutions.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&OD initiatives measure behavioral/business outcomes and continuously refine programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating business and community needs into actionable learning strategies.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders HRBPs and heads of professional knowledge communities to diagnose needs and co-create solutions.
- Assess readiness and levels of AI adoption to tailor education and enablement strategies.
- Communicate effectively with business and community leaders transforming insights into clear learning recommendations.
- Influence decision-making through data strategic thinking and a deep understanding of organizational priorities.
Culture Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Champion a culture of innovation experimentation and continuous learning within both business units and professional communities.
- Lead and facilitate innovation initiatives including hackathons ideation sessions and rapid experimentation cycles to promote creativity collaboration and AI-driven problem solving.
- Stay current with global trends in AI EdTech learning sciences and OD to provide forward-thinking recommendations.
- Advocate for the right resources platforms and tools to accelerate learning impact and capability building.
Requirements
- 34 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development ideally within a global tech or consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of OD methodologies group processes capability mapping and organizational diagnostics.
- Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and design effective learning and OD solutions.
- Experience collaborating with leaders of professional clans / communities of practice to define domain-specific capability needs.
- Ability to design reskilling and upskilling programs aligned with organizational and professional-community requirements.
- Experience using AI tools for learning design content creation analytics and workflow optimization.
- Ability to plan and execute hackathons innovation challenges and creative problem-solving events that drive new ideas and AI readiness.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating and improving learning outcomes using data.
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities especially in contexts involving AI adoption and cross-community collaboration.
