As we continue to expand and elevate our operations we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives.
• Oversee financial planning analysis and reporting processes to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets.
• Manage cash flow working capital and capital expenditures effectively to maintain financial stability.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other executives to formulate and implement overall business strategy and operational plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the board on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise the finance team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and professional development.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven 8 years of experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance accounting principles and financial market dynamics.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution with a proven track record of driving financial performance improvements.
• Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a capacity to present complex financial information clearly.
