What will you be doing
- Manage and prioritizes tasks in the BA team.
- On-boards guides new employees and manages employees life cycle in the organization.
- Builds an analytics plan that supports the road map.
- In charge of the teams knowledge sharing.
- Serves as a professional focal point - answers specific business questions in real-time.
- Supervises and improves the BA team and cross units data-related work procedures.
- Responsible for the data structure and quality in the studio.
- Develops the team: directs brings about process improvements and specialization. Builds work processes within the team and with other teams.
- Invests in team building and creates motivation in the team. Assists employees in getting the best out of themselves.
- Creates and maintains communication channels with other domains in the studio.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3 Years of experience in different data domains (BA game economy statistics).
- Expert in SQL (very high) Excel Tableau.
- In depth understanding of data data analysis and obtaining insights from data.
- Ability to extract and refine action items from analysis.
- In depth understanding/experience in game economy - an advantage.
- Managerial experience - an advantage.
