Job Duties
Under broad direction the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- understands and translates business data and needs to deliver effective regional or global HR services for a business unit.
- Consults with local leadership on report generation and interpretation of HR data and aligns HR metrics to business metrics.
- Coaches and counsels leaders on people management and the impact of business decisions.
- Collaborates and consults with management and other HR functions to proactively determine and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to regional or global business challenges.
- Analyzes HR and business trends in order to provide feedback to the Centers of Excellence (COEs) HR Service Centers HR Business Partners and business unit leaders on the efficient and effective delivery of HR products and services.
- Shares business expertise with COEs in order to develop HR solutions programs and services that will further increase business effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborates with COE and HRBP leads to support the implementation of new HR strategies policies plans and procedures.
- Supports succession planning and leadership development for a business unit.
- Supports management in the timely and effective resolution of employee relations issues.
Qualifications
Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration Human Resources Management or other related discipline and a minimum of three years of experience. Masters degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
