Were digital bridge builders with deep roots in fashion footwear and jewelry manufacturing and were on a mission to make manufacturing processes simpler faster and more transparent.

Your Role

As a Backend Software Engineer you will develop and maintain the backend services that power our real-time tracking and automation platforms. Youll connect shopfloor hardware (RFID scanners IoT devices terminals) with our cloud-based SaaS ecosystem and help scale our solutions globally.

Tasks

Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI
Design and optimize database schemas for real-time analytics
Integrate our systems with ERP PLM and supply chain platforms
Implement workflow automations notifications and escalation logic
Collaborate with frontend IoT and data teams on new features
Monitor debug and improve system performance and security

Requirements

3 years backend development experience (SaaS or IoT preferred)
Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis)
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS Docker Kubernetes)
Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations RFID or manufacturing systems
Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on scalability
English fluency is a must (our internal and client communication is in English)
