Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Quantity: 10 Promoters
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Location: Across Doha Qatar
Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Promoters to support the on-ground promotion of the App. Selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers assisting with app registration handling documentation and guiding users through the payment process.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness about the Tamanna App to customers.
Assist customers with the app registration process step-by-step.
Guide users in completing the documentation required within the app.
Support customers through the payment process and resolve basic queries.
Ensure excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
Maintain daily activity reports and meet assigned targets.
Coordinate with the supervisor for daily deployment and operational updates.
Requirements
Male or Female candidates currently available in Doha Qatar.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to explain processes clearly and assist non-technical users.
Energetic presentable and comfortable working 10-hour shifts.
Prior experience in promotion customer service or field activation is an advantage (not mandatory).
