Prepare and issue sales invoices (manually or via ERP SAP is mandatory).

Ensure all documents and system requirements are in place for accurate revenue recognition.

Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Verify pricing discounts Incoterms and export documentation.

Monitor client balances track collections and support in reducing DSO.

Maintain client ledgers and update changes when required.

Support credit control prepare aging reports and escalate disputes when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and reporting standards.

Requirements

46 years of relevant experience (including 2 years in a similar role).

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing (API 6A) is highly preferred.

Strong command of English (verbal & written).

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

SAP experience is mandatory.
