JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
Summary to the general objective of the job
Shift Leader will be a main responder to stake-holders inquires that belong to operating and maintaining the Security Systems within across KAIA terminals. He is the main point of contact representing Vanderlande industries to the other parties which are involved with the BHS & Security Systems sub-contractors. He is responsible for carrying out day to day tasks and executing the required activities to maintain and achieve the client KPIs and drives continues improvement approaches.
KEY ACTIVITIES
The most important tasks you need to perform in order to achieve your key outputs
1Ensure internal & External employees are adhered to HSE rules and regulations and report any deviations.
2Leading the sub-contractor teams.
3Supervises the Shift employees by overseeing their work assessing their performance enforcing policies and corrective measures be the point of contact for questions complaints and concerns and leads by example.
4Facilitate the execution of planned corrective maintenance activities leads and sets direction of the sub-contractors and internal service teams.
5Ensures that Sub-contractors comply with the customer rules standards and key values aligned with VI work practices.
6Ensures proper levels of supplies (spare parts consumables) and report the consumption to the maintenance manager on daily/weekly/ Monthly basis.
7Identifies issues and solves problems which disturb the daily operation.
8Report systems performance/ KPIs deviations / and communicate provide the immediate feedback to the sub-contractors.
9Attend weekly customers meetings & record MOM.
10Review the subcontractors submittals & highlighting the deviations to propose improvement actions
11Performing Random quality audits and provide corrective actions.
