The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and onboarding processes with a primary focus on blue-collar workforce hiring. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth induction and onboarding experience for new hires. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and HR operations in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
How youll make an impact
Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates for blue-collar positions through various channels (job portals social media referrals etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support in organizing and conducting job fairs or recruitment drives.
Prepare and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate and deliver induction sessions for new blue-collar employees covering company policies workplace safety and job expectations.
Ensure all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Gather feedback from new hires and suggest improvements to the onboarding process.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
BA in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
