Provide accurate financial reports to guide strategic decisions

Present investment strategies and performance to the board and stakeholders

Requirements

8 years in finance with 3 years in real estate investment or asset management

Expertise in financial modeling investment analysis and asset valuation

Strong knowledge of real estate markets and valuation methods

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in financial systems/ERP (Odoo is a plus)

Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA preferred
