We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - B2B2C with excellent relationship-building abilities a practical mindset and a strong drive to accelerate market success.

This position requires high mobility frequent travel to sites across the country and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead business relationships with distributors solar installers building contractors architects developers and other professionals involved in new construction projects.
  • Expand the companys market share among contractors architects and installers by creating strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities managing the entire sales process from initial contact through deal closure.
  • Engage with PV installers to adopt SolarEdge solutions or increase our market share by demonstrating clear value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar sales channels strategic accounts EPCs and other companies within the solar sector.
  • Assist with revenue forecasting and regularly review sales performance to ensure targets are met; initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Deliver sales presentations and speak at conferences to high-level executives and stakeholders in the PV market.
  • Represent the company at industry events professional conferences and training sessions targeting the construction sector.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing engineering customer service) and external partners (suppliers consultants regulatory bodies).
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs to drive innovation and adapt solutions.
  • Perform intensive field work (hands-on)including frequent site visits in-person meetings and on-site support for partners and clients.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the construction sector (required).
  • Deep familiarity with the Israeli construction marketcontractors architects developers distributors and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with building contractors and architects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing large-scale deals.
  • Experience working with solar installers/distributorsan advantage.
  • Technical orientation and understanding of construction/installation processesan advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication initiative independence and self-motivation.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew; good command of Englishan advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to perform intensive field work and hands-on activities as part of the daily routine.
