The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with a proven record of driving revenue growth coaching teams and building strong client relationships across telemarketing telesales inbound and outbound operations.

Sales Leadership & Strategy
-Lead the sales team toward achieving ambitious KPIs and financial targets.
-Design and execute growth-driven business development strategies.
-Manage multiple offshore accounts in telemarketing telesales and customer engagement.
-Analyze performance data and implement plans for improvement.
Team Building & Coaching
-Build train and motivate sales and call-center teams to deliver exceptional performance.
-Identify training needs and supervise onboarding for new hires.
-Foster a culture of ownership accountability and teamwork.
Operational Excellence
-Oversee both inbound and outbound call center operations.

-Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
