Job Description:
The Product Operations Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and performance of all BluEV products and assets across the full lifecycle. This role manages quality control warranty processes OEM relationships and after-sales operations while serving as the cross-functional focal point between field operations supply chain and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control & Product Performance:
- Lead company-wide quality control processes for BluEV assets including bikes batteries stations chargers and hardware.
- Develop and implement QC standards testing protocols and acceptance criteria for incoming products and refurbished units.
- Monitor field data incidents and service reports to identify systemic issues failure trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive root-cause analysis with engineering and supply chain.
- Own product audits inspection reports and release approvals.
2. Warranty & Claims Management:
- Manage the full warranty claims cycle with OEMs and component suppliers.
- Validate failed units prepare documentation and negotiate claims or replacements.
- Track warranty costs reimbursement rates and SLA compliance.
- Improve internal processes to reduce repeated failures and accelerate claims closure.
3. Local OEM Management & Business Development:
- Act as BluEVs focal point and relationship owner with all local OEM partners.
- Support business development activities including:
- product alignment
- technical onboarding
- cost negotiations
- roadmap discussions
- Coordinate with engineering operations finance and commercial teams for all OEM-related developments.
- Ensure OEMs meet BluEV specifications delivery timelines and quality expectations.
- Localization of imported products to optimize cost and lead time.
4. After-Sales Management:
- Manage after-sales processes with external distributors (not internal service teams).
- Oversee spare parts planning stocking and reorder strategies to ensure availability and cost efficiencies.
- Track asset failures repair trends and feedback loops with distributors.
- Maintain after-sales documentation user manuals parts catalogs and warranty terms.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 Years of experience in product operations quality management after-sales or OEM management (EV automotive mobility hardware industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems for motorcycles or EV components.
- Experience with QC processes inspection frameworks warranty systems and root-cause analysis.
- Proven ability to manage external partners and complex technical relationships.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.
