ملخص الوظيفة
Job Title: Female Nurse
Monitor patients health conditions and vital signs reporting any abnormalities to physicians.
Administer medications injections and IV fluids as per doctor s prescriptions.
Assist in patient hygiene mobility feeding and general comfort.
Prepare patients for examinations surgeries and other medical procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of patient records charts and nursing reports.
Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery processes.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain infection control practices and follow hospital hygiene protocols.
Handle medical equipment and ensure cleanliness of patient care areas.
Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (GNM / Nursing)
Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (State/Indian Nursing Council)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong clinical and technical knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience empathy and a caring nature
Proficiency in medical record-keeping
Team collaboration and multi-tasking skills
