Egis is seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical expertise project management capabilities and the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative and high-quality designs. The successful candidate will ensure project designs are completed on time within budget and aligned with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the design team in the development of all aspects of infrastructure design services including roads utilities and transportation systems.
Oversee the design process from concept to tender stage ensuring alignment with technical guidelines and client requirements.
Collaborate with the Technical Excellence team to ensure adherence to design standards guidelines and best practices.
Create and manage design briefs project timelines and resource plans to maintain project schedules.
Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions are incorporated into designs.
Ensure design projects are completed on time within budget and meet the required quality standards.
Develop project design delivery programs and coordinate resources to meet project demands.
Conduct internal design coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth interface management.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders gathering feedback to improve and refine designs.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design with a focus on roads and utilities projects in a consulting environment.
Demonstrated experience managing the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in the MENA region.
Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D Esri GIS and Bentley software.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for infrastructure projects.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Project).
Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
