Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and SOCPA standards.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports statements and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis and projections.
Train supervise and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.

Qualifications :

Over 5 years of solid experience in accounting with a strong understanding of financial principles and best practices.
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with native speakers.
Strong knowledge of the KSA market including relevant laws regulations and SOCPA standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to clearly explain key financial outcomes and metrics to managerial-level stakeholders and decision makers.
Data-driven approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior finance team members.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
