This is a temporary contract role from the 20th of August to mid-December 2025. We are looking for someone currently working on a contract or contingent basis or someone who is willing to do so.
This role will involve assisting our Sales team on the Innovation-Driven Water Sustainability Conference & Awards (IDWSC) 2025 taking place in December.
Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to targeted companies and prospects based on provided lead lists / build lists
- Conduct follow-up calls/emails and schedule meetings with potential sponsors and exhibitors
- Support in proposal sharing documentation and updating the sales tracker
Measures of Success:
- Minimum of 30 outreach activities per day (calls/emails/ meetings combined)
- 30 qualified proposals per week
- Minimum of 5 closed deal per week (after onboarding/training phase)
- Timely and accurate updates to the sales tracker
Qualifications :
- Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in exhibitions conferences or related industries
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and government/semi-government entities is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM usage and lead tracking proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
