About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Integration Developer with experience in TIBCOand foundational knowledge of microservices to support a project focused on migrating TIBCO-based integrations into microservices architecture.

This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities including solution design functional and technical analysis and development.

As a part of your job you will:

• Support the migration of existing TIBCO integrations into microservices-based solutions.
• Analyze existing integration components and collaborate with senior team members to design target architectures.
• Develop test and deploy microservices under the guidance of senior engineers or architects.
• Implement integration patterns using TIBCO and microservices technologies.
• Contribute to documentation troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth migration and delivery.
  

What are we looking for

• Practical experience with TIBCO (BusinessWorks EMS or similar).
• Good understanding of microservices concepts such as:
• REST APIs
• Messaging technologies
• Basic containerization (Docker)
• Experience in integration or backend development projects.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
