Job Summary:
Our Client a leading manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry is seeking a fresh graduate for the role of Production/Shift Engineer to support and oversee day-to-day production operations. The role involves assisting in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations and maintaining consistent product quality.
Responsibilities;
- Supporting production planning activities coordinating basic preventive maintenance tasks preparing documentation and reports and supervising workforce activities under guidance.
- Maintaining safety quality and productivity standards across the plant while learning and growing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Production Engineering (or equivalent) suitable for fresh graduates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret data and participate in process improvement activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
