Join our Legal team as a Commercial Transaction Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting Wixs global sales operations. Youll be the go-to expert for all legal aspects of our this fast-paced role youll:
Work closely with our global sales team
Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of sales-focused contracts
Advise on legal aspects related to product and compliance
Provide legal guidance to support executives and sales professionals
Ensure Wixs legal interests are secure promoting our success
Qualifications :
7-8 years of experience in a high-tech B2B company or a leading law firms commercial or tech department
Expertise in software licensing / SAAS contract negotiations and drafting and commercial transaction law
Excellent English
Youre hardworking business-oriented thorough and analytical
You can thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking
Youre a natural leader with the capacity to own projects from start to finish
